About Us

Ian Kirk and Joanne Shurvell set up helpfulwebhosting to help individuals or small businesses who require professional looking websites but who don’t have the large budgets required for website design, programming and maintenance.

Ian has an extensive background in technology, the arts, branding and design. Joanne, a former communications director at the Institute of Contemporary Arts, is also the co-director of a contemporary art gallery in Shoreditch, London.
